Adams Lake Apartments at 4400 Elizabeth Lake Road, Waterford Township, Michigan.

This place is a dump. I was looking for an apartment on short notice. The rent here is extremely cheap. I had to apply before I could see the apartment. I was seriously disappointed when I finally viewed the apartment. They are extremely small which I expect due to the low rent. However, they are very run down. The "playground" is absolutely horrible. It's really just rusted pieces of metal surrounded by empty beer bottles. This place is seriously suspect. I applied for this apartment with a 620 credit score and was rejected. I also applied at a different complex which cost $200 more a month and was approved. It doesn't really matter because I was not moving in to Adam's lake regardless. The office (if you can call it that) does not have heat,, a computer, or a printer. I've never seen anything like it. You quite literally have to print off your own stuff and bring it in to them. This place is so poorly managed and sketchy that I am concerned that they have copies of my personal documents.
